At Window Coverings Association of America (WCAA), we decided to focus on developing a website feature that many members had been requesting: a dynamic “Find A Pro” microsite. In the fall of 2020, WCAA launched just that, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The new Window and Interior Service Professionals Directory (WISP) website is linked to the “Find a Pro” button on the WCAA homepage for convenience.
